8. Talent acquisition specialist:
The candidate will be responsible for Sales hiring which includes sourcing, evaluating and closing candidates for entire allocated region. They will be responsible in building relationship with Sales talent in the ecosystem. They will have to source passive candidates through networking, direct sourcing and effectively utilize resume database, applicant tracking and reporting systems.
