Maintaining a relationship with channel partners and presenting them new investment options in our residential projects for potential buyers. Motivating channel partners to give preference to all the projects taken exclusively by building strong relationships. The central objective would be revenue contribution across projects by increasing lead generation through these Channel Partners. Analysing competitors activities thereby devising strategies to counter them Devising strategies and implementing for creating investment interest in clients towards Real Estate Holding. Facilitating investment opportunities Leverage sales analytics at every stage of the sales process Responsible for increasing sales in residential projects. Responsible for overall team performance, capability development and managing key client relationships from time to time Deliver revenue growth targets year on year.
