Job Responsibilities :
Managing the entire Sales and Operations of the Company:
-Conducting of review meetings with the operation staff
-Control of wastage
-Introduction of new products and services
-Strategies for Increase of Sales
-Conducting of Sales promotion activities.
-Driving of ODC business
-Presentation of monthly MIS to the Management
-Opening of new outlets
-Finding of right Manpower for smooth operations of the operations
-Training of the Senior Level Staff of Operations Department like Area Managers & above
-Monitoring of the day to day indents of all the outlets
-Attending to customer grievances/complaints
-Interactions with the clients.
-Will be responsible for outlet level Profits
-Bring in operational efficiency
-Working on various retail outlet metrics

-Minimum 8 years of experience in the FMCG industry is mandatory.
-Prior experience in Sales and also in handling a sales team.
-Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
