Job Description :
Analyze existing strategies and practices, identifying areas for improvement and developing innovative strategies to make a preferred payments company.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Work with the leadership team on the design and deployment of both short-term and long-term strategic business objectives.
Define Solutions and strategy for given business problems based on internal and external data and market benchmarking (Business Problems could be new market entry/new product or segment launch/ramp up of existing business/ productivity improvement)
Define strategic Blueprint and key initiatives (for new P&L related to Payment Technologies, New payment business models) to be undertaken by bringing key insights and trade-offs to the table
Evaluate existing business processes and recommend improvements. Analyze business needs and develop strategies to meet these needs
End to End program Management of key strategic initiatives identified
Establish and manage comprehensive KPIs that provide an effective view of performance throughout
Evaluate the new business opportunities/business cases from a business transformation agenda
MBA from a Premiere institute
5+ years of experience in a relevant field.
Candidates for Payments industry / Exposure to Fintech/payments/Digital first consultancy
