Job Description :

Key Accountabilities:

  • Liaise with senior team to plan and direct the work of the department.
  • Learn the staff functions and operations and management viewpoints.
  • Help in setting significant work policies and practices for proper functioning of the department / organization.
  • Setting objectives and performance goals with higher management.
  • Monitor performance progress with management and key trainers.
  • Acquiring knowledge of all the standards, procedures and methods that are needed for departmental duties and performance.
  • Train in functions and operations of related departments to facilitate subsequent transferability between departments and provide greater promotional opportunities.

Provide support needed in various departments including reporting, data entry, presentation creation and strategic planning as required.
