Job Description :

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • To be responsible for sales and achieving targets in the area/region.
  • Deliver growth and revenue sell-through targets from each institution, Distributors - business channel partners/Hotels/Direct Selling.
  • To bring new business and also maintain a good relationship with the existing clients.
  • Sales forecasting and Budgeting
  • Involve in sales and marketing programs, keep track of the cost and effectiveness of programs and activities against the goals.
  •  Work with the distributor and Sub-distributors' sales team to ensure execution excellence in 4 key aspects i.e distribution expansion, product merchandising, on-shelf availability and promotion activities implementation.


  • Minimum 3 years of Sales Experience (Food Industry) in HORECA / B2B segments 
  • Handled Institutional/Retail/HoReCa Sales
  • Excellent communication, influencing skill, sales skills should be good and impressive.
  • Ability to strategize & analyze reports
  • Excellent knowledge of market trends
