Job Description :
Roles and Responsibilities:
To be responsible for sales and achieving targets in the area/region.
Deliver growth and revenue sell-through targets from each institution, Distributors - business channel partners/Hotels/Direct Selling.
To bring new business and also maintain a good relationship with the existing clients.
Sales forecasting and Budgeting
Involve in sales and marketing programs, keep track of the cost and effectiveness of programs and activities against the goals.
Work with the distributor and Sub-distributors' sales team to ensure execution excellence in 4 key aspects i.e distribution expansion, product merchandising, on-shelf availability and promotion activities implementation.
Minimum 3 years of Sales Experience (Food Industry) in HORECA / B2B segments
Handled Institutional/Retail/HoReCa Sales
Excellent communication, influencing skill, sales skills should be good and impressive.
