Formulating effective project implementation delivery plans Understands requirements, documents gaps with existing product Training of Implementation team for new product and features.
Coordinate with Sales/ Account Management/ Support team to ensure client satisfaction Gap analysis, development related documentation.
Identify feature for continuous improvement in product Ensure proper documentation and planning to execute a project Ensuring utmost customer satisfaction Takes ownership of a project from start to finish Responsible for resource requisition, allocation and final delivery Single point of contact for all client communication Obtains sign off and collects payments due during implementation
Job requirements :
Must have the sound knowledge of PL/SQL programming, Oracle Forms & Report version 6.0/6i/9i/10g).
Minimum 2+ year working experience in Software implementation in Retail or Manufacturing domain Strong interpersonal skills and communication Open to travelling for project related work.
