Job brief

We are looking for a high-performing Business Development Manager / Sales Manager to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative. You will be responsible for maximizing our sales team potential, crafting sales plans and justifying those to plans to the upper management.


•             Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.

•             Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media.

•             Make cold call to arrange meetings with potential customers to prospect for new business.

•             Negotiate the terms of an agreement and close sales.

•             Make accurate, rapid cost calculations and providing customers with quotations.

•             Set up meetings with potential clients.

•             Deliver appropriate presentations on products and services.

•             Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences.

•             Handle complaints or objections.

•             Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.

•             Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams.


•             Degree in Business Administration / Engineering or relevant field.
