Experience:2 to 10 years of experience
Maintain the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions
Provides payroll information by collecting time and attendance records.
Maintain organization staff by establishing a recruiting, and interviewing program.
Maintains historical human resource records by designing a filing and retrieval system; keeping past and current records.
Advises management in appropriate resolution of employee relations issues.
