Executive HR & Admin position – fresh Mba HR candidates with good communication skills, good working knowledge of MS Office.
· Candidates with 1-year exp in recruitment, with or w/o a Mba can be considered, with good communication skills and MS Office knowledge.
· Both freshers and exp candidates, if they know an additional language ( Hindi ) other than English and Tamil, wud be strongly preferable.
The three things we check for freshers -- gaps in education – what grades they have made in the school final, undergraduate final and in Mba -- extracurricular activities in school, college, and Mba which indicate leadership / organizational skills.
· For candidates with experience, kindly check for gaps between education, between completing education and first job, and in between jobs – speak to the candidates to check their communication skills, etc .,.
· The other usual things like good spoken English and MS Office skills have to be checked.
